Our Approach

We plan around your programme rather than ours. That means agreeing quantities, dates and servicing frequency before anything is delivered, writing them into the agreement, and then holding to them. If something changes on site you get a call, not a surprise on the invoice.

How a project runs:

1. Inquiry & Consultation
   We gather the details of your site or project, provide a quote, and recommend the services that actually fit the job
2. Reservation and Agreement
   We confirm the booking, sign the agreement and set the terms: dates, quantities, servicing frequency and price
3. Delivery and Setup
   We deliver, place and set up on site, positioned where your people will actually use them
4. Maintenance and Pickup
   Regular servicing and cleaning for the length of the hire, then collection once the job is finished
