Start with headcount and hours
The number of units a site needs is driven by two things: how many people are on site, and how long they are there. A crew of twenty working a full day is a very different requirement from two hundred people at a weekend event, even though the headline number looks bigger for the event.
Things that change the answer
Placement matters as much as quantity
Units that are inconvenient do not get used, and units that are hard to reach do not get serviced properly. Place them where people already walk, on ground a service vehicle can reach, and away from where food is handled.
Ask before you guess
Tell us the headcount, the site address, the dates and the shift pattern, and we will tell you what we would put on that site and how often we would service it. It takes one phone call, and it is a lot cheaper than getting it wrong.
